I woke up like always, went to have breakfast and had a nice talk to an english couple. They were such nice people and I forgot the time a little bit. When I finally looked at my watch it was almost noon, 11:30.
Tuesday 29, January 2019 9 km – Total so far 2152km
I woke up the same time like yesterday, at 7:30. I had breakfast and went to see some of the temples here.
Monday 28, January 2019 3 km – Total so far 2143km
I hoped to sleep a little bit longer, but at 7:50am I woke up. I went to have breakfast already at half past eight.

Today I woke up a little be later – at 7:30 am. I really had a good sleep last night, I was very tired.

My inner alarm: at 6 o’clock I woke up. During the night I was awake many times. Maybe because yesterday I went to sleep so early.

Day off!! But at 5:30 in the morning Hernan’s telephone was ringing….. I almost killed him. He had forgotten to put his alarm off. Oh no! Anyway, around midnight somebody already had knocked at our door like crazy. I woke up and I shouted what the f.. is going on there??? I really was furious.

At 6:15 I woke up. Today I really wished I could sleep some more time – I was so tired. I went to meet Hernan. He put his tent only about 2km away.

We woke up at 6 to leave early – at 6:45 we were already pedaling. Leaving the city was easy. The first 16kms we were riding on highway number 2 until we could get out to a secondary road on the way to the Red Lotus lake.
