I didn’t sleep very good. At 1:30 – in the middle of the night – I woke up and couldn t fall asleep again for at least one hour.
Finally I got up at 9:30am and went to have some breakfast. The place was not far away from the guesthouse.Today I wanted to do some sight seeing. I decided to visit some of the town’s main attractions.
First I saw the Wat Phra Singh and then Wat Phan Tao. It’s one of the older temples of Chiang Mai that is found inside the old wall in the center of the city. The first structures were likely built towards the end of the 14th century. Wat Phan Tao, means “Temple of a thousand kilns”. The last temple I went to was Wat Chedi Luang
I almost spent 5 hours walking around and that was enough for me.I stopped to eat something in my usual street restaurant then passed by the sewing shop to pick up my shorts. Unfortunately the girl in the shop had forgotten about it and so it was not fixed yet.
She told me to get it the next day, but as I want to leave early tomorrow I told her sorry, I have to get it today. So she told me to come again at 5 o’clock but I was late half an hour then. When I got to the shop at 5:30 it was already closed. Fuck!!! I found a number written outside which I called.
It was actually her number and she told me that she hung the shorts outside at the back of the entrance. Cool. I was really happy because I’ve only got 2 pair of shorts with me.
Back in the room I loaded up pictures to my Mac. I wanted to start with the blog I found that I couldn’t t log in. Looks like theres a problem with my provider wordpress and security stuff because ofThailand.
So I am using now an IP adress faker (chrome extension). It takes a lot of time to do all the stuff and it really sucks. All is working very slowly which is quite frustrating !!! I am really happy that tomorrow I start pedaling. Finally getting away from civilisation!
